About The Mailbox, Birmingham

The Mailbox is a high end retail location in Birmingham city centre. The centre contains 50 stores and is anchored by Harvey Nichols department store. Other luxury stores include Emporio Armani and Hugo Boss.

The Mailbox opened in 1998 following an extensive redevelopment of a former Royal Mail sorting office. Located close to New Street station and next to the regenerated canal-side, offering a perfect location to enjoy the centre's restaurants and bars.

In addition to the shopping facilities, the Mailbox also offers a large amount of office and leisure space. This includes a Malmaison and Ramada hotels and the headquarters of BBC Midlands.

Saturday: 10am – 7pm

Sunday: 11am – 5pm

By car: The Mailbox is located in the centre of Birmingham and is early accessible from the M6 and M5 motorways.
